Below is our Top Ten (with a couple of honorable mentions) and concise notes about what makes each ride worth your time, along with practical details like height requirements and availability of Lightning Lane or DAS.

This list changes for every guest, but these are the rides we rarely skip on a trip to the park.
10. PeopleMover

The Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover is a relaxing 10-minute elevated tour through Tomorrowland. It’s perfect for all ages, has no height requirement, and offers a peaceful, scenic way to see the park—especially beautiful in the evening. There is no standard Lightning Lane for this attraction, though DAS is available. Riding it at night or during fireworks is a great way to end a long park day.
9. Dumbo the Flying Elephant

Dumbo the Flying Elephant is a whimsical Fantasyland classic that lets guests float above the land. There’s no height requirement, making it ideal for young children. Lightning Lane is available but often unnecessary thanks to the interactive queue and playground that keep kids entertained while waiting. DAS is also offered. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure replaced Splash Mountain and retains the beloved musical and ride elements while introducing a refreshed story and characters. There is a 40″ height requirement. Lightning Lane is available and we recommend using it when waits are long; DAS is also offered. The ride preserves the charm of a classic flume while delivering updated storytelling—expect to get a little wet.
1. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train tops our list. This family-friendly coaster combines smooth thrills with detailed scenes of the dwarfs mining for gems. It has a 38″ height requirement, making it accessible to many younger riders. The ride often uses an individual Lightning Lane option due to consistently long waits; DAS is available as well. Its combination of storytelling, accessibility, and enjoyable coaster elements makes it our number one pick.

Honorable Mentions:
Big Thunder Mountain is a favorite coaster of ours and would easily make the list when it’s open; it has been closed for refurbishment with park expansion work. Space Mountain remains a classic indoor coaster many guests love, though some find it rougher than newer coasters. Both attractions are worth considering when planning your day.
