Skiers’ Breakfast Burrito Recipe from Beaumont Bakery

On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but a few familiar favorites still deserve a mention. Beaumont is one of those places — while I’ve eaten there before, it still feels fresh enough to include. Today I grabbed a breakfast burrito and was reminded why Beaumont belongs on this list.

There are many reasons I love Beaumont, but the top two are convenience and quality. If you spend time in the Wasatch mountains, Beaumont is an ideal stop to fuel up before heading out. I often pick up a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon for a ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and easy without sacrificing flavor or freshness.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What really elevates it, though, is the sauce — a creamy tomatillo esc dressing that ties all the flavors together. A great sauce can make or break a breakfast burrito, and this one delivers.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers much more than burritos. Their coffee and pastries are excellent, and the burrata salad is especially delicious. The spot is reliable for a quick stop or a relaxed meal. Keep in mind, though, that popular places get busy — weekends often draw crowds. If you only want coffee and pastries, it’s easy to grab them and go or use the drive-through. If you plan to sit and enjoy the patio or the nicely appointed interior, expect a possible wait during peak times.

Beaumont is a great option whether you need a fast, satisfying breakfast before outdoor adventures or a pleasant place to linger over coffee and pastries. Their combination of convenience, fresh ingredients, and standout sauces makes them a go-to for mornings in the valley.
