Start your morning in the right direction with this simple Chia Yogurt Breakfast Bowl featuring Yoplait French Vanilla.

Life with a newborn brings late nights, early mornings, teething episodes, and little time for yourself. Cravings show up around the clock. While people often mention pregnancy cravings, my strongest cravings usually begin when I bring the baby home. This time, chocolate has been relentless—I wake up wanting it and it follows me through the day.
Since too much chocolate isn’t great for the waistline, I’ve been making an effort to add more fruit to my mornings. Our household loves yogurt, so I put together a colorful breakfast bowl the kids and I could enjoy. It’s a healthy, satisfying alternative to the usual grab-and-go pastries they ask for.

For this bowl I used Yoplait French Vanilla yogurt cups combined with fresh fruit to create a flavorful Chia Yogurt Breakfast Bowl. Plain yogurt can feel bland on its own, but once you layer in raspberries, blueberries, kiwi and strawberries the whole dish comes alive. Adding chia seeds and a sprinkle of granola gives the bowl extra texture and a little crunch. This recipe easily serves two, or you can share it family-style with spoons all around.

With a new breakfast option that doesn’t revolve around chocolate or bread, I’m hopeful my waistline will start trending in the right direction. That means less reliance on oversized, stretchy clothes. If you spot me in baggy pants or a roomy shirt, it’s probably because mornings were hectic and I’m heading home to change.
